We recently had a granite countertop and tile backsplash installed in our kitchen, and we are thrilled with the results. Christy and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and attentive to what we were looking to do and really made the whole process so easy. The pricing was better than the other places we compared to, and the installation teams were professional and did an outstanding job. For way less than the cost of a full kitchen remodel, our kitchen has been transformed. Highly recommended!

I had a truly outstanding experience from start to finish using GKS for a complete kitchen remodel. The project started and finished on schedule (amazing in itself), and every facet was done expertly including demolition, cabinet install, back-splash tiling, and granite installation. Even the painting, ceramic tile repair and carpentry (crown molding. etc.) were done to perfection. The owner (Ahmed) is very hands on and one of the reasons we selected this firm. He is an amazing resource; architect by trade and such great ideas and creative juices! The entire team in the office including Devon & Christine were also both helpful and a pleasure to work with. We are SO happy with our kitchen and the people we worked with - I can't compliment or recommend them enough! We had another contractor come first and once we met with Ahmed we knew GKS was for us and we were 100% right!

Very kind respectable people. They did a great job with measurements and installation. As well as being patient while I chose a stone. I was just reading about a promotion for bathroom vanity for free when you get kitchen countertops and I had asked about the vanity and it was going to cost me too much to add so I'm a little upset about that however I'm very happy with my new granite kitchen countertops! I highly recommend.

I found the Granite and Kitchen Studio from a google search. We went to their showroom to look at slabs that they had on the premises. We had a couple of stones in mind but Ahmed showed us a third when he was giving us our price and we ended up going with his suggestion. He is very kind and knowledgeable and I received great customer service from Liliana as well. We went with a quartzite stone and are thrilled with the results. The installers were very professional and from start to finish, the process was easy and timely. I highly recommend, even if you aren’t exactly sure what you may want for your counters. You won’t be disappointed!

We had met with 4 other kitchen centers and just couldn’t pull the trigger, something just didn’t feel right. Then we met with Ahmed and instantly knew we found the perfect company for our kitchen remodel. He made several trips to our house when I thought something wasn’t right, but it always was! Ahmed knows his stuff that is for sure. He has great ideas but totally listens to what you want and incorporates the two to make your dream space.
When it came time to view the design we were blown away, it was way more than we imagined. Devon, Christy and all the girls in the office are amazing!! Full of knowledge and SO helpful and patient. We must have made a dozen changes and 2 dozen calls but they didn’t mind. They do not try to up-sell you like other places we visited, I could go on forever. My daughter and son-in-law bought their first home in Somers, Connecticut in February 2016. Their home is a farmhouse that was built in the 1800s in need of much repair. You never know what you're going to encounter when working with older homes and we did get our fair share of surprises. Amazing job. Simply Amazing! I just had my Cambria quartz counter top installed this morning. Absolutely PERFECT! I had a prior counter top seller cut the slab wrongly and failed to install. I had to research again for the new counter top. GKS was my first stop and I was so impressed by the way they do their business - so professional. Ahmed helped me to pick the slab (so patient of him), measure the size and finally I had my counter top installed. Everything was so perfect. If you have any kitchen project to do, definitely go to them. I regret that I didn't know GKS early enough to do the cabinet and other part of the kitchen. I need to spread the words to all my friends and co-workers about how good they are.
